5 Tips for AirTM Clients

  • Verify that the identity and bank information you provide AirTM is correct. The name on any ID provided to Uphold must match the name on the e-transfer accounts you use with AirTM.
  • Before requesting a deposit, double-check  that you have sufficient local currency funds in your bank or other e-transfer method account to complete the transaction.
  • When depositing money to your AirTM account, verify that the amount of local currency being transferred to the Cashier is correct before sending.
  • When withdrawing money from your AirTM account, verify that the name of the person depositing local currency into your bank or other e-transfer method account matches the name of  the AirTM Cashier completing your transaction.
  • Transfer local currency to your Cashier as soon as possible when making a deposit to your AirTM account.  Confirm receipt of local currency transfers as soon as possible when making a withdrawal. This will earn you a better rating from you cashier.  It also allows Cashiers to continue helping other Clients with their transactions.
